Welcome to my page!

I’m Dzung Bui – a robotic PhD. candidate at George Mason University. I am interested in motion planning and decision-making for multi-robot system (MRS) under uncertainty and limited communication. I firmly believe that my professional journey is intricately tied to the field of robotics, with each step in my educational background contributing to this overarching passion. My bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering helped me understand robots’ structures and dynamics, enabling me to design, manufacture, and modify their hardware. I obtained a master’s degree in mechatronics, which equipped me with knowledge of control systems and embedded systems that are essential for robotics. Now, studying computer science will develop the robots’ brains, making them work smarter and more efficiently.

Current Research

My current projects focus on developing novel techniques for motion planning for MRS under limited communication range constraint.
